The Skeds module will allow the operator to configure schedules for items such as automatic door unlocks.
To access the Skeds Module click on the Access, Sked Manager Menu item.
Unlock the module to allow editing of the screen. To unlock the module click on the pad lock located in the upper left hand corner.
Select the panel by clicking on the drop down arrow to the right of Controller tag.
Select the first available Sked, please note the Bosch hardware supports up to 40 Skeds.
To enter a description click in the Description box and type in the desired description name.
To modify the Sked place a check mark in the Time Edit field. Without out this option selected the operator will be unable to modify the Sked commands.
To select a Function click on the drop down arrow and select the function. There is a list of up to 24 different functions available to the operator. Highlight the function for example Function 18: Unlock door (Free Access). With this option selected the available readers will display in the Parameter 1: Door box. Place a check mark next to the door(s) that will be controlled by this Sked. Click OK. Once the Function has been selected, the Function number will be represented in the Func. Code box. Please note if an auto unlock has been scheduled, another function to lock the door will need to be created.
To select a time schedule click in the Time box and select the starting time.
If a date is entered in the Date field the Sked will activate only on the date specified. This feature is used for things such as special events.
Select the days of the week for the Sked to activate by placing a check in the boxes for Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thr, Fri, Sat. If the Xpt Hol check box is selected the Sked Holiday schedule will be overwritten. If Hol1, Hol2, Hol3, Hol4 are selected the Sked will follow the Holiday schedule configured for the H# selected.
To save changes click on the floppy disc icon.
Holidays
To access the Holiday menu click on the Access, Sked Manager Menu item.
Unlock the module to allow editing of the screen. To unlock the module click on the pad lock located in the upper left hand corner.
Click on the Palm Tree to access Holidays.
To slect the H# click on the drop down arrow below “Please select a Holiday to Edit”. The Holiday Index is the H# that should be selected on the Sked’s screen once the holiday has been configured.
Select the Month the holiday will occur. To select the month click on the drop down arrow to the right of the month.
Select the Year the holiday will occur. To selct the year click on the drop dwon arrow two the right of the year.
Select the day of the month the holiday will occur in the calendar view and click Save.
