Personnel Manager>Personnel Access

On occasion it is necassary for you to determine what Personnel record(s) have access to a particular door/reader based on their Access Level assignment. The Personnel Access function to find out if a cardholder has access to a door/reader. You can also use a cardholder's association to the Company/Department field to see which cardholders in these groups have access to that particular door/reader.

Note:  Although a person record has been verified to have access to a door/reader (software), it does not qualify that record to physically (hardware) have access to it at that same door.


How to verify if a Personnel Record has access to a door/reader:

    1. Open Personnel Manager and unlock the module
    2. Click on the Access tab and click on the Personnel Access button
    3. In the Personnl Access window > Reader Access tab, search for the reader to find out who has access to this reader. The names of the cardholder will be displayed on the right. In the example below, there are 96 records (cardholders) who, based on their Access Level assignment, should have access to Reader 1 (1.0.0.R1).
