Alarms occur when a video analytic running on a device detects the conditions of a rule.

The alarm log in the client interface displays all of the alarms form cameras connected to the Symphony Server.

The alarm log in the client interface displays all of the alarms form cameras connected to the Symphony Server.

You can use the alarm log in basic or advanced mode. In the basic mode, you can sort and view alarms. In the advanced mode, you can sort, group, filter, and view alarms; add instructions and comments to alarms; and mark alarms real, real actionable, or false.
