The alarm log disappears if you downgrade from Symphony Client 7.2 to Symphony Client 7.1


If you upgrade to Symphony Client 7.2 and subsequently downgrade to to Symphony Client 7.1, the alarm console does not appear in the client interface.


To make the alarm console appear in the client interface, either delete the layout or complete the following steps:

  1. In the client interface, click the down arrow at the end of the toolbar.
  2. Click Add or Remove Buttons > Main Menu > Reset Toolbar.
  3. Click OK.
