Enable a video codec for a user when exporting video

If a video codec does not appear for a user when exporting video, but the codec appears for other users, you can modify a registry key to make the codec visible.

To make the codec visible, modify the following key:


Where codec is name and version of the video codec. For example, mpg42.

Set the following key to 0:
