Symphony installer generates errors at Additional Required Windows Features stage on Windows 8

Issue

When user tries an interactive Symphony installation on a machine with UAC set to the minimum level and receives the following message:

"Installation of additional windows features has failed. Setup will now exit.”

Workaround

Right-click on the Installer icon and select Run as administrator. The installation will proceed normally.

Note: Disabling UAC in Windows 8 does not actually disable it; it only stops the notifications. As such, the elevation required by this step is never requested.
