Introduced on June 1, 2012, Aimetis’ comprehensive Software Maintenance & Support program is the next phase in the company’s goal of providing outstanding service to our valued partners. This new program allows System Integrators (SI) to offer an increased level of service to their customers and differentiate their solutions in the market. The program also ensures that all SIs are offering the latest and most up-to-date software, with robust functionality and performance. Distributors can continually improve their depth and breadth of service and support through this program. All channel partners can position themselves for recurring revenue by offering this program to their customers. The customers in turn receive an improved level of service and support.

Mirroring our flexible software licensing platform, this ‘a la carte’ support program can be tailored to each specific deployment need ensuring Aimetis satisfies the requirements of our channel partners. With each deployment having unique characteristics we felt it was important to reflect this change in our maintenance and support program too. This allows System Integrators, Distributors and End Users to select what segment of the program will continually satisfy their needs as well as the project requirements.
