Cannot insert new log records while archiving

Issue

During a system archive, the Symphony database is locked to ensure data integrity. New event logs cannot be saved to the database while the archive is in progress.

Solution

All event log data are captured, including all events generated while the database was locked, and available in the Event Log tables when the archive is complete.
