Not detecting motion during PTZ camera tour

Scenario

PTZ camera located at the crux of two corridors. Guard tour oscillates the camera between each. Tracking does not detect any motion.

Probable Cause

Background learning time in the PT090 analytic engine is set to 20 seconds, but the camera remains at each location only 10 seconds or less.

Solution

Increase the rest duration at each corridor and decrease the background learning time.
