Aimetis Named Finalist for Canadian Innovation Award

Aimetis Recognized for Innovation in Intelligent Video and Open-IP Surveillance Software Market

The Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME) recently announced that Aimetis Corp., a leader in Intelligent Video and Open IP-Surveillance Software, is a finalist for its prestigious 2007 Canadian Innovation Awards. Aimetis has been selected as a regional finalist for the Innovation Award for New Technology by Canada's National Research Council-Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP) in recognition for the company's technological achievements with its flagship software, AIRA v5.

The CME annually recognizes Canada's top companies that demonstrate innovative excellence in New Technology, Environmental Technology, Diversification of Export Markets, New Product Design & Commercialization, Promotion of a Healthy & Safer Workplace and Productivity Improvement. CME will also present its Manufacturer of the Year and Innovative Canadian Business of the Year at its annual gala event being held this year in St. John's Newfoundland, October 22-24.
